how is it possible that a hotel like new dawn plus can't even provide a fresh room? the bed sheets were absolutely not acceptable, and don't even get me started on the buffet breakfast, all halal with limited choices! i almost thought of praising them for something, but the rooftop restaurant being closed really ruined any chance of a good review.

Wi-Fi was fast and free parking was available. Staff forgot my luggage during check-out.
